Une promesse inscrite dans la premi\u00e8re version de l\u2019appel d\u2019offres pour la concession d\u2019un parc offshore dans la zone Princesse Elisabeth, en mer du Nord Mais voil\u00e0 qu\u2019apr\u00e8s moult rebondissements ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 provoqu\u00e9 un retard important \u00e0 l\u2019avancement du projet, une r\u00e9cente d\u00e9cision prise dans le cadre de la relance de l’appel d’offre, par l’actuel Ministre de l\u2019\u00c9nergie (Mathieu Bihet), vient tout simplement rayer la participation citoyenne des obligations que les candidats \u00e0 la concession \u00e9taient tenus de respecter. En effet, cette participation, qui devait \u00eatre d\u2019au moins 1 % de l\u2019investissement total, avait \u00e9t\u00e9 exig\u00e9e par le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent gouvernement pour pouvoir d\u00e9crocher les futurs appels d\u2019offres des parcs \u00e9oliens offshore dans la zone Princesse \u00c9lisabeth. L\u2019explosion des co\u00fbts de l\u2019\u00eele \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique avait provoqu\u00e9 l\u2019arr\u00eat momentan\u00e9 de son d\u00e9veloppement afin de revoir la copie et voir ce qui \u00e9tait prioritaire et possible pour en continuer la construction et le d\u00e9ploiement. Cette participation sera maintenant \u00ab \u00e0 la carte \u00bb selon les envies des candidats. Une d\u00e9cision qui pose question \u00e0 SeaCoop (qui regroupe plus d\u2019une trentaine de coop\u00e9ratives citoyennes d\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelable), d’autant plus vu l’accord conclu avec Haddock Wind, un consortium belge qui \u00e9tait bien parti pour d\u00e9crocher l\u2019appel gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence de SeaCoop, entre autres.
