Confirm\u00e9e par la CWaPE, cette nouvelle tarification incitative vise un d\u00e9placement de la consommation d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 aux moments o\u00f9 cette derni\u00e8re est la plus abondante sur les r\u00e9seaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En Wallonie, les r\u00e9sidents connaissaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 les tarifications standards : le tarif mono-horaire qui s\u2019applique du lundi au dimanche (24h\/24h) et le tarif bi-horaire r\u00e9parti entre 2 tarifs (heures pleines et heures creuses). Changement important pour les consommateurs qui auront choisi ce dernier, en 2026 ce dernier sera valable du lundi au dimanche, la distinction entre semaine et week-end ne sera plus appliqu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comment fonctionnera la tarification incitative ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de cette nouvelle tarification, il faudra r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 2 conditions pr\u00e9alables : une puissance de raccordement inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 56 kVA et \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019un compteur communiquant. Celle-ci sera divis\u00e9e en trois tranches tarifaires (associ\u00e9es \u00e0 un code couleur), \u00e9tal\u00e9es sur cinq plages horaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les heures vertes :<\/strong> ce sont les moments o\u00f9 le r\u00e9seau est le plus disponible avec de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 en abondance. Ces heures, au tarif le plus avantageux, s\u2019\u00e9talent de 11h00 \u00e0 17h00 (aussi appel\u00e9es \u00ab heures solaires \u00bb) et de 1h00 \u00e0 7h00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les heures orange :<\/strong> elles correspondent \u00e0 un tarif interm\u00e9diaire qui couvre les plages horaires entre 7h00 et 11h00, et entre 22h00 et 1h00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les heures rouges :<\/strong> il s\u2019agit des moments o\u00f9 le r\u00e9seau est le plus sollicit\u00e9, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire en fin de journ\u00e9e et en soir\u00e9e (entre 17h00 et 22h00). Sans surprise, c\u2019est l\u00e0 que le tarif sera le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 afin de motiver les utilisateurs \u00e0 d\u00e9placer leur consommation, et \u00e0 ne pas faire fonctionner des appareils \u00e9nergivores pendant cette plage horaire. Cependant, les consommateurs ne seront pas p\u00e9nalis\u00e9s pour les activit\u00e9s habituelles comme la pr\u00e9paration du repas du soir (pris en compte dans la tarification de la CWaPE<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mais attention, choisir la tarification incitative, c\u2019est choisir un r\u00e9el changement. Les consommateurs qui ne joueraient pas le jeu en ne modifiant pas leurs habitudes de consommation (en d\u00e9marrant souvent leurs appareils pendant les heures rouges) verraient une hausse de leurs co\u00fbts de distribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La tarification incitative reste bien \u00e9videmment un choix pour le consommateur (qui doit le formuler clairement \u00e0 son fournisseur) et n\u2019est donc pas obligatoire mais il s\u2019agit d\u2019une bonne occasion de participer activement \u00e0 la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique en optant pour la\u00a0flexibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
